433 Mhz Wireless Keypad:
The Estate Swing wireless four channel digital keypad is a must for every gate opener. It can hold four access codes - each of which sends a uniquely coded signal. Each code can independently control its device or all four can control the same gate. Additionally, a popular feature is the single digit secondary transmission. After an entry code is entered, for approximately 20 seconds, you can press any numeric key on the keypad to send a second signal. This is very useful if an object gets in the way and you need to stop or reverse the gate. There are multiple ways you can program this four channel digital keypad.
Some possibilities are as follows:
Each Estate Swing receiver comes with two channels. The first channel is used by the gate opener to open and close the gate opener; the second channel is left free to wire to anything you may need. If you purchase a timer you could wire the second channel to the timer and have that channel only active for business hours. You can program one access code for triggering channel 1 and opening the gate all the time and program the second code to channel 2 to only allow access via that code during business hours.
If your garage is within 200 feet of your gate you can add an Estate Swing receiver to the garage door. Then you could program an access code for the gate and another for the garage door.
If you have a pedestrian gate with an electric pedestrian gate lock you could add an Estate Swing receiver to the lock kit. Then you would be able to release the lock through the same keypad as the gate opener.
Or you can simply program multiple codes to the receiver that comes with your Estate Swing. Keep one code for the family that you know you will never have to change. And then use the other codes for deliveries or lawn services. If you have to change one of them your family members will not have to memorize a new access code.
This residential keypad is made of a UV protected black ABS plastic. The buttons are back-lit white upon pressing. The led will remain lit during the use of the keypad and then turn off to conserve battery power. This keypad is designed to be easily mounted and blend aesthetically to a keypad stand or be surface mounted to a column, fence or garage door frame. It is completely weatherproof and requires no hood or cover from the elements.
433 Mhz Transmitter:
The Estate Swing gate opener four button remote control is considered one of the premium remotes, compared to currently available gate openers. Featuring a range that can exceed 300 feet, the Estate Swing four button remote adds a new level of reliability to your gate opener system. This remote can be used from your car, motorcycle, pocket, purse or even from your house if it is within range. (NOTE: Always make sure you can see the gate and are aware of anyone near it when activating the gate opener for safety purposes)
The compatible receiver has the capacity to learn up to 400 codes. Each button on this remote sends a unique code. You can program each button to a different receiver or you can program all four buttons to the same receiver. Each button programmed to the receiver will count as one code used out of the 400 available.
433 Mhz Receiver:
The Estate Swing 433 MHz 2 Channel receiver (433ESREC) can not only control your gate opener, but it also has the ability to control a separate device at the same time, such as your garage door. The two channels on the control board can be programmed to 400 remotes and buttons on transmitters. Another option for using the two relays on the receiver is controlling two separate terminals on a single gate opener. Many times gate openers will have a terminal for an automated open and close, and another terminal for partial opening or open only during re-closing without stopping. A second button on the remote could be used to control this second function.

433 Mhz Transmitter:

433 Mhz Receiver:
- Easy Wiring: There are four to six wires that you need to connect depending on if you are using one or two channels. Two are for power, which can be AC or DC 12-24V. If you cannot find a power source (most gate openers have a battery you can run it off of), then you can hook it up to a transformer. (Search your junk drawers, many old transformers from other electronics may fall within the generous range allowed by our receiver). The other two wires close a circuit. On a garage door, simply find the two terminals that the wall mount button uses.
- Strong Range: This is one of the best features of this receiver. The range is rated at 300 feet but many times it can exceed this.
- Learn Button Programming: Simply press the learn button on the receiver. A light comes on. Then press the button on the remote you wish to use and the light blinks and turns off. Done! Repeat with other remotes or buttons. This receiver can learn up to 400 remotes
- Versatility: Because of the simplicity of the receiver, it can be used to just about any purpose. On Estate Swings there is a second open command terminal for partial openings, you can use this receiver to allow a dual button remote to open your gate fully or partially. On Apollos and GTOs that are open only terminals, you can use this receiver to create safer automation for multiple remote control users by only allowing them to open the gate and letting auto-close close the gate - great for condos and other public entrances so they cannot accidentally reverse the gate on another car. For any accessories that are not wireless you can use the 433UNIADP 433 MHz adapter paired up with this receiver to make it a wireless device. In addition to all that, it has both a normally open and normally closed connection, allowing it to either open a circuit or close a circuit wirelessly - we have had hundreds of customers that came up with many other great uses for this device.

“The Estate Swing 433MHz 4-Channel keypad comes with your choice of housing. This keypad has the capability to be learned wireless with an Estate Swing 433MHz receiver.
